Recently, Scania has expanded its electric vehicle lineup by launching its first fully battery-powered CrewCab (two-row cab) model, specifically designed for fire trucks, airport vehicles, and rescue vehicles.
The new Scania CP31L 4×2 features a 356 kWh battery capacity and is specifically designed for zero-emission operations in emergency rescue missions. According to Scania, this model strikes a balance between operational performance, reliability, and sustainability without compromising safety or comfort.

The Electric CrewCab features an open-sided chassis design, providing ample space for upper-mounted equipment manufacturers to customize according to specific application requirements.
